Arnold Y. Castillo leads the Latin America & The Caribbean Forensic, Investigation and Dispute Support (FIDS) Practice for Delta Consulting Group. Mr. Castillo has 25 years of investigations experience, managing high-stakes and complex corporate investigations, litigation support and global asset searches. Mr. Castillo led hundreds of internal fraud investigations, anti-corruption assessments for prosecutors, pre-transaction business intelligence, political risk, OFAC, AML/BSA investigations and due diligence investigations for foreign investors and international candidates applying for financial licenses worldwide.
As a reputation management expert, Mr. Castillo has worked with law firms and high-profile individuals who have suffered reputational and financial damage by providing independent assessments and evaluations required to address negative allegations and to facilitate interactions with potential partners, regulatory U.S. authorities, and compliance officers. Mr. Castillo is a WWL Ranked Thought Leader in USA Investigations Forensic Accounting, a Ranked Global leader in Digital Forensic Experts, and a Ranked Thought Leader in GIR Investigations Forensic Accountants.
Prior to joining Delta Consulting Group, Mr. Castillo led the Latin American and the Caribbean operations for J.S. Held (JSH) from 2021 to 2023, Berkeley Research Group (BRG) from 2015 to 2021 and FTI Consulting from 2011 to 2015. Before that, Mr. Castillo held senior-level positions for KROLL, where he began his career and where he participated in many of the firm’s largest high-profile projects for the Latin American region from 2002 to 2011.
